Born and raised in Albuquerque, I am a proud product of Albuquerque’s excellent Catholic Schools. For college, I attended UNM, completing my degree in History and Media Arts in 2005.
In 2008, my wife and I decided we needed something new, and settled down in Missoula, Montana. Montana was amazing, but too far from home. After five years of living with the bears, it was time to come home and care for my grandmother.
While caring for my grandmother, I decided to go back to school for a teaching license. While attending school, I worked full time with APS schools. This helped reaffirm my interest in pursuing a career in education and my desire to go back to the parochial system. After student teaching at St. Pius, I was hired at St. Charles in 2012, and have been teaching here ever since.
I enjoy rescuing my son's stuffed animals from the family dog, Griffin, reading everything from novels to the daily news, watching movies, taking photos of everything, faithfully watching the Celtics, and thinking about traveling to new places.
