A Guide for Donors
St. Charles Catholic School has existed since 1951. Since that time, the objectives of the school remain unchanged: to provide a quality education that prepares the students for high school and to imbue in each of them an understanding of Christian philosophy and the tenants of the Catholic Faith.
One way to ensure a steady stream of funding for a school is to establish an endowment. This is a permanent fund that holds its principal forever, and that principal amount is invested for the benefit of the organization. Donors can leave property or money in an endowment, which then creates a source of income for the benefit of the school. Additional donations to the endowment by the original or other donors allow it to grow and carry on a legacy of giving for generations to come.
St. Charles School has established an endowment fund with The Catholic Foundation, and that fund continues to grow. Listed below are some of the benefits
to the donor by supporting an endowment fund.
Donors are welcome to schedule a visit to the school to view the facilities and visit with staff and students. Donors may remain anonymous.
